As your dedicated on-site construction/supervision professionals working on your private home, we act on your behalf and solely in your best interests, as we supervise all aspects of the construction project – engineering, financial and legal aspects – from the initial pre-construction stage through the concluding stage of owner occupancy and full responsibility.

We are pleased to be of service to you, the SHEMTOVI client, in one of the following two work methods:
Option I: Construction Supervision:

Option I: Construction Supervision:
Pre-construction:

  • We begin our work six months before breaking ground by studying all of the structural plans (architectural, construction, electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning designs) to identify and repair any flaws 
  • We draw up technical specifications for executing the entire project working closely with the architect 
  • We manage a precise comparative tender on your behalf to select the Chief Contractor 
  • We formulate a Work Contract with the Chief Contractor to safeguard your interests as our client, with strict attention to the engineering, financial and legal aspects of the project 
  • We supervise project reports on timetables and construction expenses by stages.

 

During construction:

  • We perform on-site supervision of all professionals separately and synchronizing all of the work 
  • We supply you with a detailed weekly report 
  • At the conclusion of each stage, we invite all project consultants to the site for final inspection, followed by the supervision authorities to sign off on the stage for the Occupancy Certificate ("Tofess Arba'")

 

Post construction:
We work with the authorities to obtain the Occupancy Certifficate ("Tofess 4")
We fully guarantee the good condition of the structure and its systems
